All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is successfully purchased, the amount paid will not be refunded to the original payment method or in cash.

3. Exchange Shipping Charges

- Unwashed and undamaged
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Within the specified exchange period
- Products that are damaged, used, washed, altered or missing tags may not be accepted for exchange.
