1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. COD is not available. All orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online UPI payments through the payment options available on our website.
3. Who pays the return courier charges?
The customer is responsible for the courier charges for sending the product back to Krishna Stores.
4. Can I exchange a product after using or washing it?
No. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
5. Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes, subject to availability of the requested size or colour.
6. What if the product I want for exchange is unavailable?
Our team will contact you and provide the available exchange options.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us as soon as possible and share clear photographs/videos of the package and product.
8. Do you ship across India?
We ship to serviceable locations across India through our courier partners.
